The Mike Williamson Team is based in St Johns, FL off of CR 210 and we serve buyers and sellers in the greater St Johns County area including the neighboring areas of Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, Jacksonville and St Augustine. We are a top producing real estate team in Northeast Florida and we have won awards for customer satisfaction. I believe this is largely based on the team concept we have created, not to mention the quality and sincerity of our people.
The Team consists of Buyer Specialists (a Buyer Agent), a Listing Specialist, a Relocation Concierge, a Closing Coordinator and me (MIKE), the Team Leader. I am the only one who gets involved in both buying and selling activities. We do this so we can be efficient in what we do and so we can represent our clients to the best of our abilities and with our 100% focus. It may all seem the same, but representing a buyer is very different from representing a seller and their day to to day activities are very different. Each member our our Team has a defined role and everyone marches together in the same direction with the goal of making your experience in buying a home as customer friendly, efficient and as stress free as it can possibly be.
The Buyer Specialists on the Mike Williamson Team only deal with buyers. We realize that buyers come in all different varieties and that young families, empty nesters, retirees and single adults all have different needs. Our Buyer Specialists are trained to LISTEN, UNDERSTAND, GUIDE and ASSIST. That is, they listen to your needs, understand what is important to you, guide you based on our knowledge of the real estate market and then assist you in the process of discovering the area of town, the neighborhood and the home that is right fit for you. Whether you are interested in resale homes or new construction, our Buyer Specialists are here to help before, during and after the sale.
Our Relocation Concierge is a very valuable member of our team, and if you are relocating from outside the area, she can be an invaluable resource for you if you choose to use her services, which are provided at NO CHARGE TO YOU. We realize that moving is stressful, and relocating to a new area can cause the best of us to be anxious. There are a lot of unknowns in relocating to a new area, so we created a position on the Team to give our relocating clients a go to resource to ask questions. Of course you always have your agent as a resource but our Relocation Concierge is solely focused on making your life easier. We are the pioneers in offering this kind of service, at least in our area, and since we introduced our Relocation Concierge service it has been tremendously well received and appreciated by our clients. We started this on a trial basis and now we are 100% committed to it. It is a big part of our plan to win customers for life!
Once you are under contract, your Buyer Specialist will maintain oversight of your transaction but our Closing Coordinator will be closest to the transaction and will handle all of the day to day activities to ensure a smooth and successful closing. The benefit to you is that our Closing Coordinator has eyes on and attention to your file each and every day so nothing slips through the cracks. Any potential issues are quickly addressed and relayed to both you and your Buyer Specialist so communication is ongoing between all parties. Our Closing Coordinator provides a high level of service and is always available to help you should you have any questions or concerns about the process. She is there for you but please never forget, your Buyer Specialist is there for you too so don't ever hesitate to reach out to him/her if you need to.
